FS22 NF MARSCH MAP V3.1.0.0

Description:
Landscape

Map 3.1
– Feed mixer wagon now also accepts clover hay and alfalfa hay with matching particle animation
– The FedMods chopper pickup reapers now also take on hemp swaths, linseed swaths and clover grass.
– Trench decoration reduced by field 50
– Added 4 new products (flaxseed oil, hemp oil, corn oil and poppy seed oil)

Typical North German landscape in North Friesland. We have dykes here, ditches around the fields, and the fields are mostly square.
The land was reclaimed from the North Sea by dikes over the past few centuries
courtyards
There are no ready-made courtyards, everyone can creatively design their own courtyard according to their personal preferences.
There are a few large spaces available for this.
A few halls and a workshop are attached to the map

On the NF March there are 79 fields with , from 0.8 ha to 95 ha, everything is there, average field
about 12.8 ha and the total area of all fields is a little over 1000ha of which about 140ha are grassland

There are more than 150 hectares of forest with countless trees, most of which are also suitable for the wood harvester.

In addition to the standard fruits, rye, spelt, triticale and millet are now installed on the map,
there are other types of filling on the map: earth, sand and gravel

In the ditches you can find earth in many places on the map, which you can dredge and sell with an excavator,
then there is the sand, gravel, earth area where there is a lot of material to excavate and load
points of sale
If you harvest a lot, you also have to sell a lot.
There are a total of 16 different sales outlets at the NF March 4-fold, including Raiffeisen,
Port, train station but without a train, the depot, grain trade and grain AG

The card also has 2 large biogas plants which can be bought and operated
Extensive road network
In order to be able to reach all sales points easily, there is a comprehensive road network where mostly AI vehicles are on the road
There is a ready-made Autodrive network from Holger for download where all fields and all sales stations have already been driven in.

On the NF Marsch Mod Map there are 3 different collectibles to search for.
This includes 10 pairs of Shelly shoes, 30 FA gold coins and 78 NF march pallets
For all collector’s items, there are shelves at the vehicle dealer that fill up when the items are found.
There is also a bonus when you find all objects in a category
If someone cannot find all the objects themselves, there are suitable help videos on my YouTube channel
in which I show all the hiding places of the shoes, coins and pallets.

The shop area also serves as a big thank you to the numerous supporters of the NF Marsch.

In addition, there are on the map 78 lovingly and detailed designed plots on which the
Farmer, Squire, and Twitch Subs level 3 channel members can move in.
It got crowded on the march and we can’t say thank you enough for your great support.

windmills
It is windy on the North Frisian Marsh and a long-term investment in wind turbines can be worthwhile.
The wind turbines installed on the map are practically only decoration and can be used after you have bought the land
has to be demolished and replaced by the NF Marsh Windmill

All fruit symbols have been revised and no longer look so comic-heavy from missions
Many XXL missions thanks to the map size and the number of fields

With a total of 18 different ground textures, everyone can design their yard and surroundings to suit them
Conclusion
Overall one can say that the NF March has changed compared to the last LS parts
further developed and has been extensively revised and beautified.

FS22 INDUSTRIAL GREENHOUSE V3.1.0.0

Description:
I always wanted a single greenhouse to produce as many products as IRL a greenhouse can produce.

V3.1.0.0
– Changed the plant i3d for pumpkins and carrots
– Fixed missing texture for flowers pallets
– Fixed pallets sizes (all should be 1000 liters)
– Fixed selling prices for products (some were overpriced, some too cheap to produce)
– Increased production rate on greenhouse
– Fixed some errors in the garden plot

Possibly the last update for this (only fixes and if I will find something nice to add, like a new mushroom i3d)
This is realistic version of the greenhouse on industrial scale that now produce alongside the base-game lettuce, tomato and strawberry, new crops as: melon, watermelon, cabbage, red cabbage, flowers, pumpkin, cucumber, onion, cauliflower, potato, cotton, soybean, sugarbeet, bean, pea, mushroom, eggplant, hops chili and bell pepper. I even added tree saplings (spruce only spawns, don’t know how to change)
The recipes uses water, seeds, lime, manure, solid fertilizer, wood chips and empty pallets (last one is buyable from the store or can be produced by my sawmill platinum; other empty pallets may work)
Cost: 100,000
Maintenance: 1000
The spawning area can be a mess because of the different types of pallets spawned.
It includes a selling point that should work with any pallets goods (PRODUCT category)
Prices set to make worth of the ingredients and favorizes the new products.

A completely different mod. is now based off of my 1055 wich had many things fixed that this mod originally lacked

V3.1.0.0
-!2WD model of the 1255!
-changed the restored colour to a little darker red
-made the hood openable and sides of the hood removable
-grill on the hood is more realistic
-made the character in the seat animated to the pedals and levers
-seat now has suspension
-engine has a more realistic model the 1455 has a turbo but the 1255 not
-fixed rear lower hitch
-there is probably some things that i forgot to name but you will probably find some more new things

there are a few engine configurations,
-1255=125hp
-1455=145hp
-1455Tuned=185hp

design options: different kind of stickers, straightpipe, fenders, front loader and so on
the tractor has simple ic, lots of other animations and a special feature where the sound of the tractor changes if you straightpipe it, with the 1455 you now also get a turbo wastegate sound.
This mod is not error free as i don’t know how to fix those, Sorry for that. Despite all that the mod does work how i intended it to work so i also don’t see the problem in it.

Unfortunately I made a mistake with version 3.0!
Not all animal stables that are already placed on the map have been changed in capacity!
This has now been fixed in version 3.1.
In addition, mineral feed was added to the Karma16 silo and the filling volume increased to 50,000 liters.
Field 34 and 35 were changed again in order.
A hall was removed from the muesli factory.

Version 1.0
A new, large farm has been created, all types of animals are now present on the farm, as well as a few shelters, a driving silo and a straw/hay storage. At the start you own 2 fields, which are near the farm. The yard still offers enough space to use placeable objects. There is also a workshop already at the courtyard.

The cows and pigs already have manure areas.
growth has been adjusted (With seasonal growth turned off!), the grass grows after mowing, growth times have been changed to 2-3 days, depending on the fruit.
With seasonal growth turned off, fruit will not rot.

PDA Map Renewed.
The starting vehicles have been changed.
The collection objects have been removed, as compensation there is already a lot of grain in the silo.
Players now have the ability to influence almost all outlets and production in the XML files in the map’s xml folder, such as adjusting prices or changing production. For example, adjust prices or change the production.

As an example, in 3.1 I installed an extension for the pizzeria, which means that the pizzeria now has a production facility where you can make dough and use it with other ingredients to make a pizza.
